Our Annual Campaign ensures that the warmth, learning and community that so many rely on, will continue to flourish for years to come.
We are calling this year's fundraiser The Rosana Miller Legacy Campaign, in honor of her first yahrzeit. Mrs. Miller, along with her husband and partner, Alon, was the pillar of Makor HaChaim. She invested her time, energy, love and generous donations into Makor from its very inception until her passing just last year. Now it is our turn to continue her legacy of chesed and tzedakah.

With over a decade of hard work and success, Makor HaChaim has become a vital part of the West Valley and greater Los Angeles Community. Our classes, shiurim, events, outreach and programming have attracted thousands of participants over the years. With our warm and inspired approach to transmitting Torah to this generation, we have been able to attract a wide spectrum of congregants, students and members of all ages and backgrounds. From the unaffiliated Jew searching for more meaning, to the seasoned veteran looking to expand their spiritual horizons, and everyone in between – Makor HaChaim is dedicated to connecting the beautiful Jewish neshamos (souls) that we meet with Judaism Straight From The Source.
In the Summer of 2009, a small, yet committed group of like minded individuals, were dreaming of a Torah Center and a Shul where they could grow in Torah, Prayer and Yiddishkeit. That dream became reality when Makor HaChaim opened its doors for the first time. As we began to develop and grow our Kehillah, we were always missing one important thing – more space! After 12 years of being tucked away in an office building, we have just opened our brand new, state of the art, beautiful building — now we can take Makor HaChaim to the next level, with Hashem’s Help.
